Have you remember to update your estimated mileage?

Did you know that your premium depends on the number of miles you drive on annual basis?

When you purchase car insurance, you have to give us an estimation of the number of miles you will be driving annually, evidently among other things. This may be a challenge, though it is important that you do not exceed the estimated mileage stated on your policy.

If you drive less miles than estimated, then you may be paying too much on your insurance. On the contrary, if you drive more kilometers than you have previously indicated, you will not get full coverage if you file a claim after an accident.

Update your estimated mileage once a year

Make it a habit to uodate your estimated mileage once a year. If your actual mileage is superior or inferior to the one stated on your policy then you should update it.
