If you are going on holiday, you may need to be vaccinated to avoid diseases while travelling.If you have super travel insurance, you can get a free jab for your trip. Visit sikkerrejse.dk to learn more about the general recommendations for vaccinations in the country you plan to visit.

How the vaccination takes place

You can choose from the following vaccines:

Boost diphtheria/tetanus
Hepatitis A, B, or C for adults or children*
Yellow fever
TBE for adults or children
Influenza or cholera

* Twinrix, a combination vaccine against both hepatitis A and hepatitis B, is not covered.Travel Insurance Super provides access to a single dose of vaccine per person in your household. Travel Insurance Super covers the first dose if a vaccine has more than one dose. How to book an appointment for a travel vaccination

You can book your travel vaccination by logging in to My Page. Under details about your Travel Insurance, you will find a vaccine code that will give you and your family access to travel vaccination.Once you log in, you can use the link to sikkerrejse.dk. You could also go directly to sikkerrejse.dk and book your time. Either way, please write the vaccine code you get on My page in the comments box when you book.Log in to My Page and find your vaccine code

When will I get my vaccine code?

It may take up to 48 hours from when you buy Travel Insurance before you can see your vaccine codes on My Page. If 48 hours have passed and you still cannot see your code, please get in touch with IDA Forsikring.Contact IDA Forsikring
