For example, if your drone is stolen or damaged due to fire, it will be covered by your Home Contents Insurance. However, the drone must weigh less than 7 kg and only be used as a hobby activity.Liability claims
Your liability insurance usually covers damage you will incur on other people or their property. If you fly with your drone and accidentally hurt somebody or damage someone's property, be aware that we do not cover liability claims if your drone weighs more than 250 grams.
