IDA's Child Insurance is an insurance that gives your child Accident insurance, Sickness Insurance and Health Insurance in a combined package.

Your child is covered by Child Insurance until she/he turns 18. After the child's 18th birthday, we recommend that she/he takes out an Accident Insurance.

The insurance covers both physical and psychological disability of 5% or more.
Permanent disability coverage adresses the physical impairments following an accident that does not disappear during treatment, and the child must live with the rest of his life. There are several causes to injuries such as sports, traffic, and falling.
Psychic permanent disability may be relevant if a member of the closest family of the child has been exposed to serious physical injuries, being exposed to latent danger or died, for example in a car accident, drowning or a home robbery.
