What's included in Car Care?
Car Care is an add-on to our car insurance, providing you with car washes, tyre changes, and storage for your tyres. You receive:
- 1 x car wash per month.
- 2 x tyre changes (winter and summer tyres).
How much does Car Care cost?
Car Care is available for just DKK 79 per month, allowing you to maintain your car's condition without a significant financial burden.
How do I purchase Car Care?

How do I use Car Care?
Managing Car Care is hassle-free. We'll notify you when it's time for a car wash or tyre change.
You receive a washing code for car washes, and for tyre changes, you can book an appointment at one of the quality-assured workshops in collaboration with Tryg across the country.
Where can I get my tyres changed and stored?
You can store and change your tyres at any workshop, collaborating with Tryg nationwide. Please find an overview of them here.
How do I schedule a tyre change?
You can schedule a tyre change and storage through 'My Page.' Scroll down the page until you reach 'Other Products' and click on 'Car Care.' Schedule a tyre change via 'My Page.'
What happens if I don't use my car wash code?
Unused car wash codes expire at the end of the calendar month, and replacements or refunds are not provided for unused codes.
What should I do if there are issues with my car wash code?
If you encounter any issues with your car wash code, please contact us at 70 21 01 91, and we'll gladly assist you.
Where can I get my car washed?
Car wash services are available at Shell/7-Eleven and OK car wash facilities. Here is an overview of where you can wash your car nationwide for your convenience.
What should I do if my car gets damaged during washing?
If your car sustains damage during washing, report it directly to the gas station or store connected to the car wash facility. They are responsible for any faults or negligence in the washing system and will complete a service report.
