Here's an overview of the disability table from National Board of Industrial Injuries.

Disability table
Loss of the distal phalanx of the 4. or 5. finger, whether it’s the left or right finger, is not compensated as
the degree of disability is less than 5%. Also, be aware that if you are left-handed, you should see your left
as your right and vice versa.
