IDA and Tryg – A profitable partnership

At IDA Forsikring, we offer insurance policies in collaboration with Tryg. It's a partnership that benefits you – providing some of the market's most affordable prices and the potential for an annual bonus.

As a Tryg customer, you automatically become a member of TryghedsGruppen, the majority owner of Tryg, responsible for assessing each year if there's a surplus for a member bonus.

Who receives the bonus?

When you have insurance with Tryg through IDA Forsikring, you become a member of TryghedsGruppen and may receive a bonus if you fulfil the bonus requirements.

To receive the bonus payment in 2026, you must:

• have been a member both on 31 December 2025 and on the decision date, 12 March 2026, and
• have paid at least DKK 715 for your insurance with Tryg in 2025 (excluding taxes and fees), as the minimum payment threshold is DKK 50 before tax.

What you need to know about your bonus

TryghedsGruppen pays your bonus. This payment means:

• The bonus is taxable.
• Claims do not affect the bonus.
• It is not possible to deduct the bonus amount from the price of your Tryg insurance policies.

How much bonus do you receive?

When you have insurance with Tryg through IDA Forsikring, you can look forward to a 7% bonus in 2026.
You will receive 7% of the total amount you paid for your 2025 Tryg insurance.

Your bonus will be paid automatically in the autumn

During the autumn, TryghedsGruppen pays your bonus directly into your NemKonto – and you do not need to do anything yourself. All eligible customers will receive an email from TryghedsGruppen between 26 August and 9 September 2026 with information about their bonus. Business members will receive the notification via e‑Boks or email.

In May, you can see your expected bonus payment on My Page under “Extra Security” or on My Business under “Benefits”. You can also check whether we have your email address on My Page or My Business under “Consent to digital communication”.

If you do not have a NemKonto

Your bonus will, as a rule, be paid into your NemKonto. If you do not have one, you must contact TryghedsGruppen. The email from TryghedsGruppen will include instructions on how to contact them.
