Insurance can be difficult to understand, and for individuals with dyslexia, ADHD, or similar challenges, it can feel overwhelming to familiarize yourself with coverages, options, policies, and conditions.  

That’s why our insurance advisors at the Sunflower Line are trained to provide extra support, whether you need help understanding a quote or a little more patience.  

IDA supports the Sunflower Programme 

Globally, 1 in 6 people live with an invisible disability or a hidden diagnosis. This cluster includes conditions such as dyslexia, mental illness, chronic pain, autism, ADHD, anxiety, dementia, brain damage, or hearing, speech, and visual impairments.  

IDA and IDA Forsikring participate in the Sunflower Programme, which ensures that individuals with invisible disabilities feel safe and can participate on an equal footing with everyone else in society.  

You may also have noticed the sunflower ID badge holder with a detachable lanyard in public transport, shops, or your workplace. This symbol discreetly indicates that you have an invisible disability or hidden diagnosis and may need extra patience or assistance.
