If you agree to call recording for documentation, we'll automatically transcribe the conversation using speech analytics and machine-learning algorithms. This enables us to locate recorded conversations through text searches, for example, in connection with complaints handling.

We analyse transcribed conversations to identify trends, improve member service, develop self-service solutions and update frequently asked questions (FAQ).
