Dental Insurance

Taking care of your teeth can be very expensive, but it doesn't have to be. A Dental insurance that gives you the comfort of knowing that you can always afford the right treatment at the right time. IDA's Dental insurance is a collaboration between IDA Forsikring and Dansk Tandforsikring.
We offer Dental insurance in cooperation with Dansk Tandforsikring, and a very special feature is that you can co-insure your spouse/partner and any children over 18 years living at home.

Avoid unexpected expenses
Dental insurance covers most expenses for treatment.

For your child and cohabitant
Your cohabitant and child are entitled to buy this insurance without you taking it out.

Choose your dentist
We do not decide which dentist you can choose in DK, you are free to choose your dentist in DK.
In order to obtain coverage and subsequent subsidy, you must have visited the dentist at least once a year for the past 3 years before you consider taking out this insurance. You must also have followed your dentist's advice to undergo any treatment.
The insurance covers
The form is indicative and is an extract from the insurance terms and conditions. Any compensation will be calculated according to the rules in the insurance terms and conditions.

To get coverage and reimbursement, you must have gone for regular dental exams at least once a year for at least three years.
At the same time, you have followed your dentist's advice on having any specific treatment carried out. If you have not visited your dentist for regular dental check-ups and cleaning, you should do it now. We need access to your dental records (including your latest dental status) if necessary.
The insurance does not cover dental damage caused before the policy came into effect.
