Roadside assistance

Tryg Vejhjælp offers coverage across Denmark, including the E65 route to Ystad and up to 25 km from the borders of Sweden and Germany. However, it does not provide coverage in the Faroe Islands or Greenland.

In the event of a vehicle breakdown, accident, dizziness, sickness, or injury, you can receive assistance from our roadside service. If we are unable to repair your car on-site, we will either tow it to a workshop or arrange for it to be brought to your home.

The insurance covers the cost of towing your car if it stops functioning or you become sick or injured.

You can obtain a replacement car if your vehicle requires repair. Remember to choose an authorised Tryg roadside assistance workshop.

If your engine stops, you experience a breakdown, or you are involved in an accident, and you and your passengers need transportation to a shared destination in Denmark, Tryg roadside assistance can help. Please note that they will determine the mode and timing of your transportation. This service may include a roadside assistance vehicle, public transit, or a taxi.

You can obtain roadside assistance for your caravan or trailer in Denmark if you experience an accident or engine failure. If on-site repairs are not possible, it will be towed away.
