We warmly invite all our members to the upcoming Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled for 22 May 2024, from 20:00 to 21:00.

Agenda for the annual general meeting at IDA Forsikring

We have outlined the following agenda for our upcoming Annual General Meeting:

Appointment of a chairperson
Board report
Presentation of the financial statements for the group
Regulation of membership fees for the forthcoming year
Proposals for amendments to the Articles of Incorporation
Submitted proposals
Elections as per the Articles of Incorporation
Election of auditor
Any other business

Only members with valid access cards can participate and vote at the Annual General Meeting. If you require an access card, kindly request it from IDA Forsikring no later than five working days before the meeting.To be considered, the board must receive proposals from members at least 15 working days before the Annual General Meeting. Similarly, nominations for candidates for board positions must reach the secretariat no later than 15 working days before the meeting.For registration and inquiries, please get in touch with Monika Kiss at mok@ida.dk.
