Call Tryg if you need to file a claim

IDA Forsikring takes care of all the administrative work - except processing claims. If you need to file a claim, you need to call Tryg because they are responsible for processing claims. However, if you call IDA Forsikring and switch to Tryg Skadeservice by tapping 2. Please proceed when; 

  • You need to file a claim
  • You have questions about an existing claim in process
  • You wish to know about compensation
  • You have questions regarding theft, or
  • Accident

When do you get in touch with us?

We do everything we can to help you as soon as possible, and we take pride in providing quality service to our members and investing time on each call, so you may sometimes experience busy lines when you try to reach us.

Good things to know about our callback system

We will call you back if there is a queue. We provide this service from 9.00 to half an hour before closing time. Please note one thing, if you request a callback, but you call later again on the same day, we will not call you back. Our phone system would register your second call as a callback, even if it is not the case, and you will be waiting in vain.

Apologies, it can take up to one hour before we call back when our lines are busy. Otherwise, we usually call back within 20 minutes.
