Call Tryg if you need to file a claim

IDA Forsikring takes care of all the administrative work - except processing claims. If you need to file a claim, you need to call Tryg because they are responsible for processing claims. However, if you call IDA Forsikring and switch to Tryg Skadeservice by tapping 2. Please proceed when; 

• You need to file a claim
• You have questions about an existing claim in process
• You wish to know about compensation
• You have questions regarding theft, or
• Accident

Nice to know about our call-back service

We offer to call you back if there is a queue. We do this from just after 9:00 until about half an hour before closing time.

When we are very busy, it can take up to 1 hour before we call back. Outside of our busy hours, we usually call back within 10 minutes.

The Sunflower Line
