I'm still being charged - why?

Are you wondering why bills keep coming after you have cancelled your insurance polices ?

Insurance cancellation
If you wish to cancel one or more insurance policies, you have to do it with a minimum of 30 days and closing the policy at the end of the next coming month, that is, the remaining days of the current month and closing the policy at the end of the coming one (this rule only applies to insurance policies we offer in collaboration with Tryg). For instance, if you cancel your insurance in the middle of July, you will also be charged for August. You can also terminate your insurance at the end of the policy period (i.e. renewal date), free of charge.

Binding period of one year

There is one thing you should consider before you take out insurance. There is, as a rule, one-year binding period (from the day it comes into effect). If you do not cancel or terminate the insurance, we will automatically renew it for another year. Please contact us if you wish to cancel or terminate a policy.I want to terminate a policy
