Value for money

The best experience also means that we want to give you value for money.

  • We are not interested in making profit. We do not have shareholders, which means that profits get back to IDA members, for instance as price reductions. When this is the case, we communicate it to everyone and automatically change the price for everyone.
  • We are constantly looking for new products and partners to offer the best insurance to our members.

Expert insurance advice

We also want to give you the best experience when you get in touch with us, so:

  • Our insurance advisors are all highly qualified in the field, and we are continuously working on developing new ways of providing the best service.
  • Our insurance advisors are just that, advisors. At IDA Forsikring, employees have no sales goals whatsoever and therefore the counselling you get is based solely on what you need as IDA member and nothing else.
  • We are here to help you and we would like to give you the right answer the first time, so you can feel you are in good hands with us.

We improve the service level of our advisors according to how IDA members assess them individually. This evaluation is an ongoing process - based on the feedback given by members and in close cooperation between the advisor and the unit manager. It has a great value to our work the feedback we receive from you on the service we are delivering on daily basis.
