The insurance covers situations where you or an employee provide negligent advice to a customer resulting in a financial loss. The insurance also covers gross negligence, but if the error occurs intentionally, then the insurance does not cover.

If you provide an IT service or deliver an IT product that is defective or directly causes damage, the product liability will cover the financial loss of the customer.

We help you if your company is held liable for any damage caused by the company's general activities. Naturally, we adapt the coverage to your IT business so that it meets all your needs.

The insurance covers if a claim is filed against your business for damages due to poor IT services or faulty technology or communication products. For example, if the service or product does not meet the agreed specifications or intended function. There may also be a breach of contract if the product or service does not meet legal standards, function or safety requirements.

The insurance covers a claim filed against you retroactively. In other words, the insurance covers a claim even if the error took place before the insurance was purchased. However, it is important to stress that you are not covered if you were aware of a claim being filed against you before you took out insurance.

The insurance includes losses (up to DKK 1,000,000) - for the death or permanent incapacity of a key employee (e.g. a partner or an executive officer) - e.g. recruitment, PR/communication or otherwise.

The insurance also covers communication costs (up to DKK 1,000,000) to repair/neutralise the company's reputation if, for example, it has been negatively covered by the media.
